Hello,

We have developed a website in Woopress and we are experiencing some problems with products shortcode.
You can see an example here: http://www.alexandralyng.com/
If you check the section “The Latest” (Home Page), product name and quick view have a link but you can’t click on them. These links only work if we add a second row of products but not with only one.

Can you help us to fix this issue?

Hello,

You’re using old theme version. Please update.
Don’t forget to make backup site before update.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

Also you can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

We can’t update the whole theme because we have done many changes to the original one, can you guide us on which files can be creating this problem to update them? Thanks!

Hello,

Please create child theme http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes and copy all modified files into there. After that you can update the theme. Don’t forget to create a back up of your site before update.
