Problems with site gallery and does not load the correct module on mobile devices

Hello,
The theme does not load the module well in the mobile viewing (It works perfectly on a default theme);
As most customers access the site from mobile phones, it is a push back to enter and see an error when they want to upload a photo. It is the only impediment I cannot escape. everything else is ok.
