Problems with the mobile version - by Ioana

Dear XStore,
The website interface looks different in the desktop version compared to the mobile version.
I tried to change it from Mobile Panel and Header Builder but nothing changes in mobile version, no header, content, footer…
If we view from the computer in the browser, it is ok
but if we view directly from the mobile phone it looks different.
Please help us
