Hello,
I contacted a while ago complaining about a problem that has been occurring in the theme after adding products to the cart and I was informed about the same that would be applied a fix on your next update (this when we were in version 2.9.2 still) as well , we are in version 3.3 of the theme and the same problem has been replicating on the theme.
I wonder if there will be a fix for it?
See below screenshots for more details on such problem I’m having with the theme.
Problem 1
The first problem refers to when I click on “Quick View”, that loading image appears, after that it opens the Popup window, but after closing the window, the loading image is still there, and the same after closing the popup window does not should be there, right?
Problem 2
The second problem is when I open the Quick View window and click add to cart, then it opens another window notifying that the product has been added to the cart, but instead of seeing the product name in the notification, it has been notifying “PRODUCT DESCRIPTION “.
Problem 3
The third problem is treated the same as the second, but the same is shown on the product page, when clicking add to cart, it also shows this notification of the product that was added to the cart!
I await a solution to the problem!

I do not have these problems on my test theme installation.
Do these problems persist once you activate parent theme?
Please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content.

I’ve activated the parent theme on your site and all works fine with the parent theme. Please check this.
So these problems caused by changes in your child theme.

I checked all the child theme files that were modified and updated according to the parent theme, problems 2 and 3 as I mentioned above were resolved, but problem 1 still persists.
This time there are not any changes to the child theme that fall outside the theme pattern according to the parent theme.

Please activate parent theme on site, if the problem will be solved, this means that the problem relates to changes in child theme. Changes that you made in child theme files is a additional customization, but we are able to provide support only for theme bugs.
