    Hello,

Please give us permissions to connect via FTP as now we’re getting errors:
    Response: 550 PWD: Permission denied
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

    Thank you.
    Regards,

    Hello,

Sorry, but we’re still getting the error:
    Response: 550 PWD: Permission denied

Please check with your hosting provider if there are any restrictions on a server. The access is closed for us.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

Now we can’t access wp-admin panel. It’s giving Forbidden error.
Concerning the translation you must create your own translation files with your language prefix, for example de_De.po. Please read our documentation attentively: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/1_how_to_translate
    http://betterwp.net/wordpress-tips/create-pot-file-using-poedit./
Don’t forget to add $locale='de_DE'; to wp-config.php file where instead of “de_DE” your language prefix should be used.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

i did everything what it have in the documentation and the translation does not appear. i don’t know what is wrong. i cleaned up the cache and nothing. i did everything right, as well as you made me do in the forum…and nothing…i think that it some problem in my server or my data base…i just dont know.. please, access my website and watch on what is wrong.

    ps.. if u see the archive wp-config.php, u will see the command $locale=’de_DE’;
and in the royal/language/de_DO.po will be the same as u told me to do.

    thanks

    Hello,

You don’t have .mo file, only de_DE.po in the wp-content/themes/royal/languages directory. Also the file can’t be opened, there is an error:

Are you using UTF-8 encoding on a server? You can read about this issue here:
