Hello, we keep having this problem where we lose our translations after updates.
For example, we lost First name *,Last name *,Phone *, Email address * translations in checkout.

    Hello,

I see that the mentioned fields are translated https://prnt.sc/26f9ign
    Have you sorted it out?
Where did you save translation files of the theme and XStore core plugin?

    Regards

Hello, it was solved because we changed the names of the fields, the translations didnt work arnymore. The themes translations are here https://i.imgur.com/nS5GCio.png and the xstore plugins here https://i.imgur.com/rkpGqIh.png.

    Hello,

“it was solved because we changed the names of the fields” – do you mean that you edited WooCommerce/theme source files to change that?
Do you use any third-party plugin for the checkout? Like Checkout manager or something? If yes then you need to change the translation of the mentioned fields in the plugin settings.
Theme translation does not apply for that if it’s under control of the third-party plugin.

    Regards

We use checkout field editor. The fields that we changed names to were the basic checkout fields. In any case, sometimes when we make theme updates we lose some translations examples. https://i.imgur.com/FPtrqMB.png https://i.imgur.com/bbtnkyp.png https://i.imgur.com/CizIV3i.png . Are our translation files placed corectly?

    Hello,

Yes, translation files were placed correctly. But from time to time we add new strings in translation files and you need to sync translation after theme/plugin update https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/

    Hello,

As I can see you have notice about theme update https://prnt.sc/26ioms8
I have updated the theme and translation of these strings are ok. So, don’t see problem.

    Regards
