Problems with updating the theme again…

Good, months ago I wrote because I had a problem with your template when updating it, today the same thing happened, the theme was updated and already on the home page there are several parts that you see the shorcode and it did not work.
The other time I think you uninstalled the WPBakery Page Builder plugin and installed the elementor, I don’t know for sure. Please can you come in to see what happens ???? or tell me what to do. What cannot be that when updating the template of these errors

Hello,

Make sure that you updated and activated XStore core plugin.
Provide us with WP Dashboard access to check your site if core plugin update does not help.

Hello,

Sorry but you activated another theme https://prnt.sc/226qq7g
Out theme is XStore theme. So, XStore child should be activated, not Neve.
Once I activated XStore child I don’t see any problem. So, watch video tutorial on how to update theme https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk because seems that you make something wrong.
