Problems with website, pictures are not showing, homepage menu bar is distorted

Xstore Core: 4.0.1
Xstore theme: 8.0.1
Woocommerce Version: 5.5.2

Website images are not showing. Website menu is distorted as well. We then got a critical error messages on our website. Tried to update to the most recent version of xstore core and xstore theme and this is what we get.

We also tried different websites to view our website on different devices and it shows the same mess we have on our end. We contacted our host and they viewed our website and they have the same issues we are having.

To update this matter we restored the xstore them and xstore core to the previous versions, which is a temporary fix. Attached to this message is our logins, try updating the xstore theme and xstore core and fix whatever issues is causing this mess, thank you much!

I suppose that you just cleared plugin cache and resaved theme options and everything is ok after that. So, do you still need any other help?

We didn’t clear the cache or resave the theme options. This might have been done by our host because we right out to them regarding a jetpack error. They said they would check the plugins. I will reach out to them.

As of right now never looks to be operating normally. If the problem happens again I will reach out, thank you.
