Proceed to Checkout button unreadable with font color

I am using the default theme X Theme with with minimal electronics and the button “Proceed to Checkout” is unreadable as it is blue on blue. I have changed the blue for my template but noth8ing seems to be happening. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/mXqmCbs
