Hi,
In WooCommerce, we marked the fields of the order details that they are required, the problem is that even if the customer does not fill in the details that are required, he can continue to the other steps of the checkout.

Could you please check how it works when Advanced Layout is disabled in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout?

I checked. when I turn off the advanced layout it prevents me from continuing with the payment and I get warning alerts about the fields I didn’t fill out.

Is there a way to handle this? I can’t cancel the advanced layout, my client love this layout..

Hello, Oshrat,

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so I can pass this question to our dev team.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
