I’m using this woocommerce extension and when you try to add a product to the cart, it freezes

I was able to make this plugin work but every product that is a variable product don’t have the add to cart button

Eva,
There seems to be a conflict between variable product, simple product and the global add on
I can’t make both type of product work at the same time

Hello,

I’ve just checked variable products and “Add to Cart” button is shown when you select a variation.
Also the button is working correctly, a product is added to the cart successfully.

Please provide us with a direct link where you’re experiencing issues.

I figured it out
For some reason, when you check the ‘required fields’ in an woo-commerce add on, the add to cart button does not work

I tried with and without and there is no doubt the problem is coming from there

I’ve just tried to add a product to the cart chosen all options and have been successfully redirected to Cart page.
Is your issue resolved now?

the issue is partially resolved
yes, the product is going to the cart but

– i can’t force the customer to select options from the add on otherwise the cart button does not work.
so even if you don’t select any options (which would be a problem for me) it is possible to add the item to the cart.
In that case, there is no point of using this extension

– if you select 3 options then add to the cart, the cart total does not update with the options selected, meaning the price is the same base price no matter what options selected
