I have a couple little issues
1) I have set that when someone adds something to cart the side cart should appear but on this site I just get a green notification bar. Tested on staging and is same. Checked against other Xstores I have and they work correctly and settings look same – can you see what I have missed

2) I am trying to fix some colour errors can you point me where they appear in customiser. Around the CLEAR SHOPPING CART there is a black border. The PROCEED TO CHECKOUT text should be WHITE but is same as button. There is a BLACK BORDER around CONTINUE SHOPPING

Hello, @Fantasy Prints,
Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.
1) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and optimizing plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
2) If you are interested in modifying the black border color of the button you are referring to, kindly follow these steps: Navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Styling/Colors > BORDERED BUTTONS > Border Color. Here, you can select the color that best suits your needs and then publish it.
Once you have made these changes, please ensure to clear your cache and revisit your site to see the updates.

Thanks for your speedy response.
I set up a Staging site with all plugins except Xstore, Elementor and Woocommerce disabled and issue 1 still appears. I sent login details for you to have a look and is still the same.
I tried your suggestions but couldn’t get the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT text to be white. The button below it changes but this one doesn’t seem to change
Hello, @Fantasy Prints,
Thank you for your response.
1) We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly request you to revisit your site after clearing your browser cache.
Please note that we have deactivated the Woocommerce Custom Product Addons (5.x.x) plugin on your site, which has effectively addressed the issue.
2) We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been resolved. We kindly request you to revisit your site after clearing your browser cache.
For your information, we have implemented a solution by adding CSS code under the following path: XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS. This action has effectively addressed your concern.

Thanks again for speedy reply.
Strange this plugin works on the other four Xstore websites I have without any issues. On the staging site I setup this plugin is disabled and this issue actually still exists?
Hello, @Fantasy Prints,
In our previous correspondence, we provided screenshots as evidence that the issue you are experiencing is due to a third-party plugin.
We understand from your recent communication that you have disabled these third-party plugins on your staging site, yet the issue persists. If this is the case, we kindly request that you prepare a brief video clip demonstrating the problem and share it with us. Additionally, please provide us with the URL and login credentials for your WordPress Admin site. We ask that you share this information in the private content area of this topic.
Once we receive this information, we will investigate the issue further on your site and provide a video as proof of our findings.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
