Product addon implementation with quantity specifying option

I want to build a product shop page like this – https://www.emergencyid.com.au/shop/bracelets/gold-bracelets/apollo-style-gold-medical-alert-bracelet-with-optional-variety-of-chains/

I tried implementing it here –
https://medicalidwatch.com.au/product/sample-gold-medical-alert-bracelet-with-optional-variety-of-chains/

but i am not able to add the “awareness sticker” addon. I tried using plugins like product addons and also a YITH plugin but am unable to add this awareness sticker type of addon (screenshot attached). Specially the quantity i want the user to specify for the addon product. i am not able to implement that.

Kindly guide please

I am just asking how to implement a particular feature mentioned in trail message. Is there a way in theme itself for it?

As far as product add-ons is concerned, i tried implementing using it but I am not able to add option for specifying quantity of the addon item i.e a awareness sticker in my case

That’s the feature I need and how do I do that

Hey i used the product addon you recommended. it worked like magic. Thanks alot.

Just one more thing, i want to create a particular addon only once for a certain products for eg

addon A for products a,b and c
addon B for products d, e and f

but i can see only the option to select categories to which the addon can be assigned. i want to assign the addons to a to a few products only. screenshot pasted for reference. i want to assign specific products instead of specifying category of product.

How can i make that happen.
