Product Archive Shop Sidebar how to get rid of image – not showing active domain on your 8theme

1. For some reason, this site is not showing an active domain. When I try to send a ticket it was giving me a different domain than my active domain https://mydoodlecanvas.com/

I show no active domains and I have purchase two of your themes.

I am not sure how to activate the domain> please advise
2. how to get rid of the image on shop sidebar in my product archive page SEE ATTACHED

1/ Please go to your account page https://www.8theme.com/account-user/?user_id=33663 and add your second purchase code.

2/ Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar > delete static block.
