Product Attribute Image Not Updating When Video Is First in Gallery

    Dear XStore Support Team,

    I’ve noticed an issue with product galleries when using attribute images and videos together. Here’s what happens:

    When a product has attributes with images (e.g., color swatches), everything works fine — clicking the attribute correctly updates the main product image to match the selected attribute.

    However, if a video is set as the first item in the product gallery, clicking on the attribute (e.g., color) does not change the image to match the selected attribute. It stays on the video or doesn’t update to the correct image.

    Could you please help resolve this issue? Ideally, we would like the attribute selection to switch the main media (image/video) to the image associated with the attribute, even if the video is shown first.

    It appears that the access credentials you provided do not grant administrator privileges, which prevents us from logging into the dashboard. We kindly ask you to ensure that the shared account has administrator-level access.

    Hello, Benz,

    We can’t connect to FTP.
    Please try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?
