Hello,
Products attributes and variations aren’t working properly. The sizing swatches it’s showing double have look at it. https://i.imgur.com/LNbYilC.png. Please help me fixing this.
After updating the theme I’d lost almost everything in my website.

Hello,

1)This line – http://prntscr.com/su8b8u comes from AliDropship Woo Plugin plugin, so disable the plugin or our Variation swatches (Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop elements).
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.
2) Have you followed our documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ ?
Clear cache and check the site one more time. What exactly was lost?

Main images of the products are gone specifically after updating the theme. I’d tried to follow your documentation and updated yet I don’t know what went wrong.

Please clear cache and check one more time, because I do not see any problems with images. Could you provide URL of page where images are missing?

It’s same not changed the color of the products names. That color remain white please have a look.

You can use one of default product layouts – Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page > Single product layout or activate our Single Product Page Builder (via Theme Options). Single Products Page Builder allows creating page layout from scratch and you can place elements depends on your needs.
Likely you will need to use additional plugins to achieve the desired result like this block http://prntscr.com/t39knf We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing plugins, but we will try to help if it is needed.

It’s not showing automatically when someone ads product into cart. Once click on cart then it’s showing. I wish I can show it once someone ads into cart & it slide in automatically instead of clicking at cart button.

2nd if there’s any option when someone ads to cart a product then there would have been any option like “continue shopping” or “proceed to checkout” that’ll be more user friendly.

Hello,

1) This option works for the simple products because simple products have the Ajax add to cart. If you want to show the cart for the variable products it’s not possible because we don’t have Ajax add to cart for the variable products, unfortunately.

2) We don’t have such an option by default. Sorry.

Hello,

Try this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-ajax-add-to-cart-for-variable-products/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-ajax-add-to-cart/ but we don’t guarantee full compatibility. Maybe plugin or theme should be additionally customized to work together.

Please have a look at this product https://oveep.com/product/dragon-bjj-gi/ I want to display variations into swatches and also want to hide stock option. Along with that I want to make to be ordered even it’s out of stock means from back end but it shows backorder in the place of stock.

PS: I’d bought another license already that’s why installed at new site. If you want to verify I can provide verification.

You’re welcome!
Every category has “Description after content” area, or change “Shop Page Banner Position” in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout.

Thanks it works but there’s another problem at homepage some products are showing ADD TO CART & some READ MORE at the button. May I ask why it’s happening & how can I resolve it?
