Dear Jack,
After activating the child theme, the website did not seem slow in loading. It must be that day the server is slow, giving me the wrong impression.
If I have made changes under Woocommerce->Setting->Emails->Completed Order->Email Heading, does that save into the customer-completed-order.php? I could not find this particular line in the php file. I want to check if I need to copy this file to the child theme?
Where can I find the option for me to select the product as featured?
I also noticed that my website is missing the register option in the header even though I have set them ON under theme options. Please assist to check where have I done wrong.

But, now the first step – Billing adress, is now not unfolded.
The first form Billing adress should be unfolded, as in the past.
