Product Categories appearing below header line in Trending Product Block

Hi There,

I have two problems/questions:

1: Whenever I am adding Trending product block, it appears all fine until it is being viewed within studio. As soon as I click preview and go to site, the product categories goes below the Title line.

2: I couldn’t find a way to change the Title heading for the blog. For e.g., I would like to change “Trending Products” to “Popular Prorducts”

1/ What is the URL of your site? Make sure it is not under maintenance mode or provide temporary wp-admin access.

2/ We can’t check your image. Please upload it on https://wetransfer.com/ and provide the URL, or give access to the current image for our account (email in the Private Content area).

Hi There,

Thank you for your quick response. I can see that as soon as I switched off maintenance mode it is appearing correctly.

Please answer the second question I asked.

Could you provide a screenshot of the page?
Use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready photos there and provide us with URLs.

Do you mean a widget title in the page sidebar?
Please enable the Classic Widgets Panel via Theme Options > General, then go to Appearance > Widgets > edit content of Main sidebar area.

We appreciate your effort in providing us with the screenshot.

Should you wish to modify the “Trending Products” heading, kindly proceed to edit the page using the page builder tool, Elementor. Subsequently, you can edit the specific element and adjust the settings according to your preference.

We trust that this will rectify your issue.

However, if the problem continues, we recommend creating temporary wp-admin access. This will allow us to review your settings.
