Under appearance > Product Page sidebar, I have selected “Only show children of the current category”. However the product categories (“Equipment Rentals” and “Party Rentals”) still display. Shouldn’t they be excluded with this selection?

    Hello,

This question is a bit unclear for us. Could you please clarify us with more details and show us screenshots?

Sure. I have set up my categories like this http://www.jefferson-rentals.com/IMAGES/TEMP/wp-categories.jpg . Then I selected “Show only children” here http://www.jefferson-rentals.com/IMAGES/TEMP/only-show-child.jpg . Yes, the parent category “Equipment” still displays in the menu, see here http://www.jefferson-rentals.com/IMAGES/TEMP/MENU.jpg. I don’t want Equipment Rentals or Party Rentals to display in the left menu. I only want to show the children of those categories.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

I’ve uncheck the ‘Show hierarchy’ option in woocommerce category widget (http://prntscr.com/aob6nu). Please check it.
