Product category description and page header overlap

I edited the categories of our own products, but after saving, I found that the description of the category overlapped with the page header information. I reset the breeze, but the problem still exists.

how can I make the product category now in Header Vertical？
And how can I prevent the Uncategorized category from being displayed?
