The Xstore Product Category filter widget in the Elementor builder template for the product category layout isn’t working. When clicked – the loading icon in the loop, never loads. All other filters: brand, inventory, and price filter widgets are filtering just fine.
If the custom template for this layout is disabled and the default WC one is loading – its category filter works.
    All are up to date.

    Hello, @Liza,

    Thank you for your response.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly ask that you revisit your site after clearing your browser’s cache to see the changes.

Upon successfully creating and setting the template for the Shop on a global scale, as illustrated here: https://prnt.sc/VuSGWJF3cngG, you should encounter no issues when applying templates to categories, as shown in this example: https://prnt.sc/dWDhyLDqXMRp.

We suggest considering the replacement of the “Filter Products by Categories” widget in the sidebar with the “Product Categories” widget, which may prove to be beneficial for your needs.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, @Liza,

We were surprised to note that we had not received a response from you earlier regarding the unresolved issue. To assist you further, could you please provide us with FTP access? This will enable us to investigate whether there is a solution to the problem beyond disabling the Ajax filter option.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, @Liza,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to remind you that we are still awaiting the FTP access details from your end. Additionally, we have noticed that the existing credentials for wp-admin are no longer valid.

Should you require further assistance with this matter, please be assured that we are here to help and are awaiting your response.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
