Product category hierarchies become misaligned after creating a product category and refreshing

    Steps :
    1. create product categories
    2. add menus under the All Department Menu with the product category hierarchies.
    3. Refresh frontpage or wordpress dashboard, issue occurs
    4. Delete a or some product categories, problem occurs.

    I must say this is a fatal issue. Because of this problem, I spent more than half an hour without being able to create a complete all department menu.

    Can you please tell me how to fix this issue?
