The Product Category is not showing up on the front end of the website.

Hello,

1) Provide us with link to your website and temporary WP Dashboard access to check the categories element.

2) “tab filter product ” – Do you use Elementor or WPBakery version?

Hello,

The choice of page builder depends on you, they both are great.
If you imported a demo version that was created using WPBakery, use this builder and disable Elementor at all.

You installed the WPBakery version of the demo content and you can edit existing pages using WPBakery page builder only. You can create new pages using Elementor but using 2 page builders at the same time slows down your site. So, we would recommend you to choose the one of them.

Hello,

1) What is the resolution of your device where you have the menu in 2 lines?
Edge is an outdated browser. Go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > enable the Support of the old browsers, clear the cache and check the mobile menu after that.

2) Theme comes with a free Elementor version. Elementor plugin author does not have an extended license to allow including the Pro version to themes.

Hello,

You can import only simple pages, you can’t import archive pages (shop, product categories, products, posts, blog page). To create shop page with products go to Pages > create Shop page if you don’t have it. Then go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > choose the shop page from the list http://prntscr.com/vhjn12
To create product categories go to Products > Categories > create categories you need.

Import a “Coming soon page” on your site – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI or create the page from scratch https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/blank-page/ , then set it as Home page in Settings > Reading.
