Product content on Cart Page has a lot of spaces

Hello,

Product content on the cart product page looks off. There is a lot of empty white space between products. Please give it. a try adding this 2 simple products to cart and then viewing cart page.

I tried attaching screenshot of the problem here but there is no way to add an image.
