Hi. Website (under construction), with a clean theme and wp installation.
The product full description field is not shown in the product backend. It shows in the front but as an elementor element. We don’t want that. We want to have the full description at the backend per product (along with Characteristics Tab, etc) and then to show that per product
It is completely not logical to have the full description of a product as an elementor item and to have to edit each product with elementor to add the description.
So, what is the solution?
Hello, Christosv,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Do you mean this – https://prnt.sc/quf-Fmak0D4K It is normal practice for products whose content was created using Elementor, and this is independent of the theme. You can contact the support of Elementor and ask about details. If demo products were created using Elementor, their “description” can be edited using Elementor only. But you can create new products and not use Elementor there.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.
Kind Regards,

These products are created like that with your theme and demo content. They are not mine.
So, can I import products without using Elementor to edit them?
Hello, Christosv,
Thank you for your response.
“These products are created like that with your theme and demo content. They are not mine.” – yes, and description of these products can be edited using Elementor only.
“So, can I import products without using Elementor to edit them?” – yes, you can import your own products.
Our demo content was created using the Element plugin, there are no products without Elementor, unfortunately. Try to create your own products – https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/
Kind Regards,
