Product description option not available in backend editor

Hey i am not able to find product description option in the backend. Where do i put the product description information? the same is coming empty in the tabs as well in the front end.
screenshot attached.
Usually the option is visible

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

To edit the product description, please follow this – https://prnt.sc/Mgfkw6CFeLPc . It is important to note that the demo product description was created using Elementor, and thus, must be edited through Elementor exclusively.

I tried using elementor only, it says to edit single product page.
when i do that another awareness sticker page opens up. and same description goes everywhere.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?
