Product Design doesn’t work in shopping page

Hi Support Team

I tried to customize the product by using the products design. I unchecked all other items only keep product name for display. However nothing happened on product item.

We have identified the issue you are experiencing with the custom product archive layout. It appears to be due to the simultaneous use of different methods for setting up the layout in XStore.

Please note that you should use only one of the following methods to configure your shop’s layout:

1. XStore > Theme Options > Shop
2. XStore Builders > Product Archive Builder

For detailed guidance on using the Product Archive Builder with Elementor, please refer to our documentation: [XStore Products Archive Builder with Elementor](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/).

To resolve the issue, kindly navigate to:
XStore Builders > Product Archive Builders > Edit Layouts Condition
and ensure to save your settings.
