Hello,
I have tried to purge all cache but still doesn’t show on both desktop and mobile.
As you can see in this screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/GmWIQcb
There is supposed to be a few more filters, but only showing some of them.
Also, 8theme filters doesn’t show as well (I have removed them since they are not showing).
Please help…
Hello,
Filters display only if at least one product has such attribute in the attributes list
All the products that you have at this moment do not have filter attributes https://prnt.sc/1vzgjaw
Products that have are draft, for example, https://prnt.sc/1vzg4d6

Hello,
I checked the products that are available in the list.. they do have the attributes.
Please refer to screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/aK6IIkL
However, I noticed something wrong? Not sure how do I phrase it.
But if you refer to product example:
SKU: MEN/KAL/001/05
This product does has product variation for sizes (added manually), and under additional info – there are other attributes (added via product bulk upload csv)
I noticed that the attributes is not showing simply because they are added via product bulk upload CSV. May I know is there any way to fix this as I will need to use the product bulk upload function (this comes with the theme I think as I did not add any plugin for this).
Hello,
1) WooCommerce can’t filter by manual attributes that you added https://prnt.sc/1vzty79
It filters only by global attributes that you created from Products > Attributes https://prnt.sc/1vzu58k
2) Products import option is a built-in WooCommerce option, it’s not a theme option. So, contact WooCommerce support if you have questions about this.

Hello,
Thank you for the clear explanation.
Do you have any recommendation for plugins which would work with xStore for bulk import/export which will work with product attributes for filter?
Thank you
Hello,
All in one Export/Import is a good plugin for import.
But to get a filter you need to import attributes like global attributes, not like manual attributes. And I suppose it’s related not just with the import process but also with the export process. So, I would recommend you to consult WooCommerce support about this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Hello,
Thank you soooooo much for the heads up!
It’s fixed.. I didn’t know I need to set “attribute global” to “1”..
Thank you so much again! Have an awesome week ahead!
