Product gallery images no longer show if there are variations

Our product gallery images no longer show for products with variations. May have disappeared with a recent update? They had been showing till recently.

ie.

https://www.clubchefstore.com.au/chef-uniforms/jackets-contemporary/slimline-mandarin-short-sleeve-chef-shirt-by-club-chef/

should be showing the main image and gallery as per

https://www.chef.com.au/chef-uniforms/jackets-contemporary/slimline-mandarin-short-sleeve-chef-shirt-by-club-chef/

Seems this is a compatibility issue with YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium plugin. Provide us with FTP access to your site. We’ll check this issue in more detail.

FTP access is a bit difficult with SFTP & SSH keys required.

Would it be easier to send you the plugin to test? If so, have added download link to private area.

It would be better if you provide us with the SFTP host, username, and key file if you don’t have the password. We have some thoughts about fix of the issue but we need to test it on your site if that helps.

We try to connect to your server using SFTP (using Filezilla client) but get the error https://prnt.sc/Z5P523cRidnM

So, could you, please, provide us with SFTP access that will allow us to connect to you server?
