Product Gallery Issue + currency switcher

Hi,

Im having a couple of issues, one with the product gallery and another with the currency switcher.

Im not sure how to activate the currency switcher, maybe it needs another plugin to work? I just need the product prices to change to GBP, EURO and USD

Also, the product gallery works up until the point I upload a second image or third. They appear on the thumbnails and on the shop page but not on the single product page. A loading icon appears and the images never load. I have the images correct size and resolution etc. For one image, it works perfect.

Hello,

If you use WPML to translate the site you need install Woocommerce Multilingual plugin as well https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/multi-currency-support-woocommerce/ .
If you don’t have WPML, try to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/ .

Please provide us with username to wp-admin panel too and FTP credentials.

Hi Eva,

Apologies about delay, yes that product image gallery works fine but not for any new products I upload. Perhaps it’s a new plugin issue. I have disabled the caching plugin I installed thinking the issue was with that but to no avail.

Please see private link for an example of the loading issue I am getting with the product gallery.

Hello,

To make multicurrency work you need also use wpml plugin https://wpml.org .
The problem with images was caused by MasterSlider plugin. I’ve disabled it and images are shown fine now.
Please clear browser cache and check.
