Product gallery photo thumbnails wont open

The product gallery photos thumbnails just wont open. They keep loading and that’s it. Also it wont let me remove the feature to open thumbnails in lightbox. Can anyone help with this problem?

I suppose this is the reason of the issue. Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check what caused that js error.
