Hey guys,
If you can view the shop page, you will see that the grid templates are not working correctly. The design isn’t cool. Note that the product list is in 4 columns and is large. And realize that grids of 3, 2 don’t work. If you click on them, it continues to show a 4-column grid.
How to fix this?
Thank you and I look forward to it.
Rodrigo

Hi Jack,
The problem is not only in the design of the product blocks on the Shop page, but also the columns.
Note that if you select the 1-column grid, it still shows the products in 4 columns. – https://prnt.sc/eUYTYuVvX4Ht
And if you select the 3-column or 2-column grid, the products appear in 4 columns.
It looks like something is stuck in 4 columns. And css wouldn’t do that, am I right?
Thank you!
Dear @Rodrigo Carlos,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the issue you mentioned regarding the CSS customization on your website.
Upon reviewing the situation, it appears that the custom CSS you implemented is causing the columns to consistently display at 22% width, as evidenced by the screenshot you provided: https://gyazo.com/8471c11072cea7ac5ca380dea5d7ddba. May I kindly ask if you have attempted to identify the origin of this specific CSS modification? Additionally, have you observed the results on your website upon removing this custom CSS?
Please note that modifications made through personal customization fall outside the scope of our standard support services. As these changes are specific to your website, any issues arising from them are your responsibility and are not classified as bugs in our theme.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Jack,
Custom CSSs were all placed in the CSS section offered by XStore. But, this section does not have the CSS in which you mention. https://prnt.sc/X4aBQVqY4LUR | https://prnt.sc/1Okn8hPcIBn3
Alternatively, I could be removing this toolbar. But I can’t find where I disable it. https://prnt.sc/gd6iQIJBN1kN
Thanks!

Dear @Rodrigo Carlos,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the custom CSS you implemented can be found under Elementor -> Custom CSS -> “CSS – GERAL”. For your reference, here is a screenshot of the location: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49737283?key=39db17a354f65d1eb352e3fcab01fb02.
Could you please verify whether the toolbar is now appropriately hidden with the CSS modifications added in the Theme Options?
We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your confirmation.
