Product Image Gallery - by Belong - on WordPress WooCommerce support

If you go to products–> Product Image Gallery( Enable Lightbox for product images) and tick the box, click save it says it has saved but when you go back in it has not saved.I have disabled the theme and tried others and they all work except Classico

Could you please clarify with more details what exactly you want to do and show us screenshots?
Also please provide us with wp-admin access in Private Content.

Hi Robert,

We have product image working with a different them beut we have lots of issues with the responsiveness of the theme so we are switching to classico. http://belonghair.co.uk/product-category/shop/premium/

Instead of having a dropdown menu we want to be able to have images

It lets me save the changes but when I go back in the changes have not updated and the checkbox is unselected.

Hello,

You can enable the same option in 8theme Options->E-commerce->Single Product page->Enable Lightbox for Product Images.
Also we checked and find that some plugins causes issue and that’s why lightbox not worked.
Please try to disable third-party plugins one by one and check this issue.

Hi Robert,

We need to use variable products as well as single products. I have disabled all plugins except woo commerce 2.3.11 and it still wont work.
