Hi, I am updating my site template and I have noticed that some images are black and white and with lines in top. any idea how I can fix it?

We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly ask that you revisit your website after clearing your browser’s cache to see the changes.
For your reference, the modification was made on the homepage using Elementor. We navigated to ‘Edit Column’ under the ‘Advanced’ tab, proceeded to ‘Responsive’, and toggled ‘Hide On Mobile Portrait’ to ‘OFF’, followed by an update to the page.
Please find attached an image in private content area for your reference.

Got it thanks, I also have the same issue with another image, and I did follow the steps suggested and it is working. I have noticed that every time I save changes. My cart pop us, regardless of what changes I am making.

Thank you very much for your help, everything seems to be working now. thank you for providing with the individuals files to change the home page to your new theme. Do I need to open a new case to get the single product layout and theme?
