Product Image Hover – Images Slider not functioning

Hi,

On our site we have problems with the “Product Image Hover” on the products page. We selected “Images Slider” but it isn’t working. According to another user it appears to be working fine in Safari, but functionality seems to be lacking in Chrome. It just doesn’t respond when clicking left and right. On another site using the same theme (older: V2.3) this problem isn’t there.

Could you help us?

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version 2.8.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hi Jack,

I have seen this standard reply in earlier threads. Is that the only solution? Or is that a possible solution – because I checked the patchnotes from the website-version till v2.8 and did not see an entry that discusses a fix to this feature.

Hello,

That issue was present in old theme version and 2.8 version doesn’t have it.
So please update the theme.
