Hello,
I Just purchased woopress theme few days ago. At first, it worked perfectly. I was very happy that I found a great theme to present my products.
Today, two days ago, I saw the notices from my wp dashboard said about new release of woocommerce plugin. So, I want to woocommerce system status to check out the files I need to update. So, I follow the instructions of how and what files I needed to update. And I just updated the single product’s image.php and thumbnail.php that be pointed to be outdated on the template section.
Now, my product page looks like this
Also, when I first installed the theme and created a product to test out the theme. the product detail did appeared here as well.

here is how it shown on my shop page.
Hello,
You must never reload the files in wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce directory. They are modified by our developers to align Woocommerce templates with the theme design.
The only folder that you can update is wp-content/plugins/woocommerce. Woocommerce plugin files are stored in there. The directory wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce contains the files that are modified by theme developers.
Now you need reupload “woocommerce” folder in wp-content/themes/woopress directory from the theme package.

Hello,
As you can see the error is related to Woocommerce plugin.
Try to reupload it manually via FTP.

Hello,
Yes, we need login info to your WP admin panel.
Also ask your hosting provider support for FTP login details and provide us with them.

ok, thanks.
Hello,
I’ve activated our theme and reuploaded “woocommerce” folder in wp-content/themes/woopress directory from the theme package, also I’ve disabled “Template Debug Mode” in Woocommerce > System Status > Tools.
Clear browser cache and check the site now.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
