Hello, @Safe Desires,
Thank you for contacting us.
We recommend that you disable CDN and all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
Should the issue continue, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow us permission to debug your site (provide temporary wp-admin access). This includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will enable us to investigate and assist you more effectively.
Please ensure that you have a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Regarding the lightbox issue, the only thing that fixes it is disabling Elementor Pro, which provides a lot of need functionality. I opened a ticket with Elementor but am wondering if you can see how it could be in conflict with your theme:

Hello, @Safe Desires,
Thank you for your response.
We kindly request that you update your XStore theme to the latest version (9.3.17) and the XStore core plugin to version (5.3.17). These updates are crucial for optimal performance and functionality of your site.
For details on the enhancements and fixes included in these updates, please refer to our changelog at:
Additionally, we recommend reviewing our theme documentation for guidance on how to implement the updates effectively. You can access the documentation here:
Afterward, please check again.
We trust these resources will assist you in updating your site smoothly.

I went ahead and updated both manually. Lightbox is now working. However, the images are zoomed in too much. The lightbox should max at the height of the screen, not as shown in the screenshot. I don’t see a setting to change that.
Since the last message a couple of hours ago, after the theme and plugin update, it worked at first, but then it stopped working again?!? So, please address that and the lightbox height.

The only plugin that is in conflict is Elementor Pro. I reached out to their support and they pointed back at 8theme to find out what the conflict could be caused by.
Dear @Safe Desires,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have identified a concern with a specific piece of custom JavaScript code, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/e6BxN6V9fWfi. We kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue.
Could you please investigate and either deactivate the third-party plugin associated with this code or alternatively exclude it from the minification process in the WP-Rocket plugin?
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
The code you referred to was generated by WP-Rocket. I deactivated the plugin and deleted the files that included the code, but the results were the same.
The only thing that fixes this issue is deactivating Elementor Pro. As you can see in the video, the lightbox seems to work somewhat (image is too large) when I click on a thumbnail of a single image product.
Dear @Safe Desires,
We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented the necessary updates to your website. At your earliest convenience, could you please review the changes to ensure everything meets your expectations?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best Regards,
The 8Theme Team
The lightbox now works, however, the lightbox images are too large and cannot be viewed in full without right-clicking and opening the image on a separate tab.
Please change it so the lightbox is 90-100% of the screen size.
Hi @Safe Desires,
It was the cache issue. We’ve purged all the caches on your website and now the lightbox looks good.
