    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with Royal. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/Plugins/Included_Plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

    2/ Please check how it works when the Storefront theme is activated (Appearance > Themes). Let us know the result.

    Storefront theme is activated of course it is ok

    Hello, Jhen,

    We would like to inform you that the issue was caused by the blocking of the following file download: https://boardgamer.org/wp-content/themes/royal/js/libs/zoom.js

    To rectify this, we had to rewrite the following file through a child theme: wp-content/themes/royal-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php

    Before testing, please clear all possible caches and CDNs.
