Hello. We have an XStore installed and we realize that in new added products.
In this page you can see some products correctly flipping image on rollover and others that do not…

Sorry it came out without finishing explanation…
… we realize that in new added products the main image doesn’t flip/change on rollover while on older products this works OK. Can you tell me why or where can I find this set up… ? Thanks

Are you able to check Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Image Hover Effect? For us, these settings are not loaded on your site – https://prnt.sc/-uKyeJYDezFO Please check the screenshot in the Private Content area. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to solve “No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’” error.
After that, set “Image Hover Effect” via Theme Options to “Swap”.

Hello, my hosting provider has answered that a code (in private area) added in HTACCESS is enough… but I have checked that Theme Options is still not working… can you check it? Perhaps there’s another cause…

Have you cleared the CDN cache? Could you temporarily disable CDN? After that provide us with FTP access.

Hello, after dealing with hosting provider (just to double check) we confirm we have no CDN cache for this site. New info: adding new products (actually copying them to a new draft) some of them get the “swap image” function and some others dont… find access to FTP and WP ADMIN

When you edit products, take a look at these settings – https://prnt.sc/1CDDqjwgq_Ji
Currently, images are not changed on products where the Archive image hover effect is “Inherit”. To solve it, you just need to select Image Hover Effect via Theme Options to “Swap”.
Your problem is not images, but Theme Options which can’t be loaded and changed. As we can see, the “No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’” error is not solved yet. Ask your hosting provider to check it one more time. Also, ask to downgrade PHP version to 7.6. XStore will be compatible with 8.x PHP from the next theme update.
Go to Dashboard > Updates, try to re-install WordPress.
Let us know if it helps with the problem in Theme Options.

The hosting provider tells me that the variable Access-Control-Allow-Origin is not something that depends on the server but rather is configured at the application level in the .htaccess file in a way that access to the cdn.discordapp.com origin is allowed… (i’m unable to do this, please can you tell me something about?)

Other option as they say to avoid that error is not to use the cdn.discordapp.com to get that .zip resource shown in the error, and host it directly on the server.
I have downgraded the PHP version to 7.4.33 but everything stays the same…

.htaccess file is not a theme part, so we can’t assist you https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/htaccess/
Please check the private content area from my previous reply. If the problem is in CDN you can stop to use it, or reconfigure it correctly.
