Product Image Not Displaying - by Plor - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    When clicking on a thumbnail in a single product page, the images doesn’t show up. This appears to be the case with the food stores, but not the other ones. In computer store the image displays appropriately in a slider, where you can go to the next image. I’m sure this must be a setting someone that I cannot find. I have been search and trying for almost 3 hours!!!

    Hello,

    Update theme to latest version 6.3.3 http://prntscr.com/sdcz1g and XStore core plugin to version 2.3.3.

    Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access in the Private content area only after theme update, please.

    I have done so twice. can you please check again. Still now working, but now i have chevrons on image!!!

    This has been updated to 6.3.3 but still now working properly. please advise!!!

    Hi,

    Please send:

    – FTP info (server, username, password, port)
    – Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

    I will check this problem for you.
