Product Image not showing up on product page

Hi,

When I try to add a new product, the image for the product is getting added to the product gallery but not showing up on the product page. I am not able to update product images of old products too. Im currently using legenda version 2.9.2 and wordpress 4.7.

Please find below the screen shots for the same

Please help me sort this issue.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version 3.0.3.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

Hi,

I have done the update. But the problem persists. Also with the new version the cart dropdown seems to be enabled always, thus causing the header to look like a mess.

Please help me resolve both issues.

I’ve installed Visual Composer plugin which is required for our theme and now you can edit products featured images.
Please check.

Thanks the product image not showing up bit is resolved. However, I have couple of other issues. I will raise a separate ticket for that.
