Hi,
We’ve created some products and noted that the main product image is actually bigger than the image that we uploaded, leading to a large image with poorer image quality.
When we mouseover the main image, the smaller image that we had uploaded is displayed.
I will attach a link to an example in the Private Content section.

Can you advise the following regarding the product main image:

– Is it possible to define the size of the main image?
– If this is not possible, please advise what the dimensions of the main image is
– Can we specify if the mouseover image is displayed or not?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

Your image is too small. Its dimensions should be 1,425px × 1,900px proximately.
Please edit your image and reupload it with new sizes.

Thanks for your response and we will upload the images in the new sizes as suggested.

Can you advise whether it is possible to specify if the mouseover image is displayed?
