Hello,
In my single product page the zoom option in the product image is not working correctly. Earlier when we place the cursor above the product image it get zoom as shown in your demo. But now when we place cursor over image it will not zoom when we click on zoom icon image will come like a popup. I want it like the previous one ie, when place cursor over image it get zoom. can you please help

Please make sure that you have turned ON the Zoom feature from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce (Shop) >> Single Product Builder >> Gallery: https://postimg.cc/5jbMWFpv

If I enable this single product builder it is showing a message that if this is enabled the already existing changes to single product page will be lost. I have already made some changes to single product page from there. What can I do? Please help

I see, If you are using the default Pre Built layout of the Single Product Page then you have to go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce (Shop) >> Single Product Page >> Single Product Layout and turn ON the “Zoom for product images feature” save changes and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.
