Product image zoom option isn’t working correctly on the product page

Hello,

In my single product page, the zoom option in the product image is not working correctly. Earlier when we place the cursor above the product image it gets zoomed as shown in your demo. But now when we place the cursor over the image it will not zoom when we click on the zoom icon image will come like a popup. I want it like the previous one ie when placing the cursor over the image it gets zoomed. can you please help

We can see 2 lightboxes on the single product page on your site.

It seems one comes from Elementor. Please edit any page using Elementor page builder > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox > disable. After that check back to your site

Thank you but I’m not mentioning the lightbox feature.
Please check the difference between these two product images. Kindly place the cursor over the image on these two images

The lightbox feature is available. But the image animation when hovering over the image is not available for some product pages. Please solve this issue ASAP. Thanks in advance

Hello, @Rajesh,

Thank you for your response.

Zoom on hover shows the image in real size it was uploaded on the site, but the real width of the image is only 500px https://bizcoverindia.com/product/wholesale-quality-wheat-powder-used-in-the-health-care-field/ . Try to upload the image in biggest dimension and check then.
