Product images not showing -loading sign

1. My product pictures are not showing up. A loading sign is shown.
Can you please help.

2. How can I remove the the button on the product picture which opens it in a new window?

Hello,
Thank you for you quick answer.

1. The product pictures are not showing up. Only the first featured pictured is displayed. If you click on the arrow for the next one ore on the thumbnails, the other pictures are not loading.

2. I want to disable the function to open product picture in a new window.

Hello,

1. Please provide us with FTP credentials.

2. You need disable lightbox in Theme Options > Single Product Page > Enable Lightbox for Product Images > Off.
