Product images on wordpress 3.9 - by kbuchanan

Hi,

Have installed wordpress 3.9 and latest version of ID store but product images are not showing in featured products or on product pages.

For example see link in private content.

It is pulling the image link from previous development version on another server and not returning an image url from etheme_get_image.

Any ideas on how I can get this working please?

Could you please try again – I have reset the password. Maybe go direct to wp-login.php as I’m not sure if the issues are because site is at a temp domain.

You have two themes IDstore 3.3 and 3.4 versions. This causes a conflict. Do you have a backup your site?

You need to update the theme properly.
Here is a video tutorial how to do it:

No need to create different folders in your theme folder.

Problem with loading pictures is in memory limit on hosting. It needs to be increased.

Hi Robert,

I have now updated the theme as shown.

Not sure what you mean by the pictures not showing being a memory limit on the hosting? If you view: http://www.d1263267-24692.cp.blacknight.com/louismulcahy.com/shop/giftware/large-wide-necked-vase-306b/ the image does not show and src appears as blank. The image appears in a lightbox when you click on where the image should be though.

Hello,

The problem was with the permissions for /wp-content/uploads/2014/ directory. I’ve changed them and now images are being shown.
Please check and clear your browser cache before.
