    Hi

I have an issue on the product list page when using the cache plugin you recommend as being compatible with the theme: W3 Total Cache

I clear cache from plugin, then I access a product list page and depending on the resolution used to open the page (mobile/desktop) is created a cached version for filters and filters are not displayed correctly according to with the resolution used.

See this short video that I recorded with screencastify extension where I show the issue: https://watch.screencastify.com/v/m9d98tzxcsoGxgUoRRwn

Please help me to get this fixed.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
Do you have any problems on real mobile device?
I suppose your customers won’t re-size browser window using Dev tools.

    Regards

    Hi

    Thank you for writing.

The issue actually happens also on mobile devices. I only recorded the video using dev tools to simulate mobile to show you how it happens.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Did you find out which option of the cache plugin causes it?

    Hi

I don’t know which option could cause the reported issue. This is the reason I have opened this ticket.

    Thank you

    Fix,

If you are not using any AMP, the only thing that you need to do is Enable both Groups (High and low), and select the theme that you are using in the dropdown menu to ensure that a unique cache is created for each user agent group. Drag and drop groups into order (if needed) to determine their priority (top -> down).
