Is there a way we can set the height for the product listings so the thumbnails are always the same height. I know the best thing is for the client to always load the images at the same size but they never do. If we could fix the height of the product image thumbnails on the category listing pages that would be great.

Hello,

You can use WordPress Customizer (it’s a feature in the WordPress admin) to change the catalog and single product Image settings.
Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images https://prnt.sc/m58zp8

After these changes, you need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply them! You can use Regenerate thumbnails plugin to do this.
