Product not found WooCommerce/withe screen

    Hi, I have just updated to WooCommerce 7.4, and all the product has disappeared in the shop page.
    I tried to rollback the WooCommerce version and the page now is broken (withe screen…)

    Please can you help me?

    Hello, Marta,

    In order to assist you, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with URL of your site, temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Hi, i fixed it reinstalling WooCommerce 6.7.

    Why cannot it run with WooCommerce 7 or higher?

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The XStore theme is compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce v7.4, so you can update it.

    If you are experiencing an issue where all products have disappeared from the shop page, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    In addition, please provide your site’s FTP access and WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:
