But I only have Yoast premium and not “wordpress seo”

This is the message I got when I searched it in my plugins:
No plugins found for “wordpress seo”. Search for plugins in the WordPress Plugin Directory.

So I deactivated the yoast seo premium plugin and it seemed to fix the issue only once then it went back to not working properly, so I don’t believe this particular plugin is the issue. Also, do you know how I could potentially fix this as I like using the seo plugin.

    Hello,

Check the server error logs. It looks that something causes js error in the console and also 500 error you can see them both here https://prnt.sc/tsy37o
Do you have the mentioned issue only if our theme is activated? Does everything work fine when the default WP theme(Storefront) is activated?

    Regards

I don’t have any other themes on my site so I wouldn’t be able to answer that.

    Hi,

You can install and activate that official theme via Appearance > Themes > add new > search for Storefront, and make sure that all works fine with a default WC theme (Storefront).

I’m afraid to test this and mess up the website. Can you please do this and test it?

    Hi,

You can create a staging site (full copy of the existing one) and do test there first. If everything is ok then you’ll be able to update the production site.

    Hi,

    Use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

Then create staging site and test on it.

It seems someone from you support already did this as I see 2 Theme Options under XStore. Can you please remove the one I don’t need?

    Hi,

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    Hello,

Ignore 2 ThemeOptions. Use Appearance > Customizer to get options. This issue will be fixed in the 7.0 theme update soon.

    Hello,

What exactly does not work? Product page description or theme options? Because you asked 2 questions in 1 topic and I’m not sure that understand what exactly does not work for you at this time. Don’t ask about different problems in the same topic to avoid misunderstanding.

When I try to add a new product, the section that I would write the description, that section is not there. This doesn’t happen all the time but often. How am I asking about two things when I keep asking you about the same question and same topic???

    Hello,

You asked about double Theme Options and about missing description. So, did not understand what issue you meant that time.
Look, our theme does not have any issues with the product description. If this is missing then probably you have either js error or PHP error in console that removes that block, for example, https://prnt.sc/tsy37o . So, once you get that message open the console and check what errors you have, also check the server error logs to find out if you have any PHP errors. It will help to understand what causes the mentioned issue.

    Regards
